All FILI products are developed in partnership with chemists. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types :) Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.

Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before using.

We proudly offer shipping to all 50 states, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Internationally, we currently ship to Canada, the Philippines, and Australia. We're also actively working to expand our global shipping options to more countries in the near future!
How much is shipping?

In the USA, Standard Shipping is available for most domestic locations via USPS (3-7 business days after fulfillment) for $7.99. Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $75 within the continental USA (does not apply to Priority Shipping Methods).
For international shipments, we offer USPS First Class International or DHL. Cost is directly calculated at checkout and is based on the speed, location, and weight of the package.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

Upon processing your order, you will receive an shipping confirmation straight to your inbox! Please use the tracking number included to track your package until it lands at it's final destination.
Please note that sometimes USPS has delays when updating the tracking information online - this is normal! We recommend waiting 24-48 hours to check your tracking to ensure it's in transit.

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at hello@filiskin.com with your order number and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.
Please note, during times of high order volume (holidays or product launches) we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility, so we recommend triple checking your order before confirming.

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12pm CT will ship the same day. However, sometimes it can take longer, so please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll get a notification and tracking number via email. Please allow 24-28 hours for tracking to show updates as sometimes this is delayed.
USA: On average, USA orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner.
Canada: First Class Shipping (7-14 business days), DHL (4-10 business days)
Philippines: First Class Shipping (10-21 business days), DHL (4-10 business days)
Australia: First Class Shipping (11-20 business days), DHL (4-10 business days)
FILI is not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that FILI does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by FILI, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

If you think your order has been lost in transit, please email our team at hi@filiskin.com (include your order number), and we'll help you out ASAP to ensure you receive your order.

Email our team at hi@filiskin.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and/or additional questions. See below for our return policy if you are interested in returning your product.

We issue refunds for products returned within 30 days of fulfillment. While we're happy to refund your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund original shipping charges.
For instructions on how to return, please reach out to hi@filiskin.com and we’ll help you out ASAP with instructions. Please note, FILI is not responsible for return shipping costs, as this is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Products marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. We closely monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges without notice.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please allow our team 2-5 business days to process your refund.
Note that depending on your bank, your refund could take anywhere from 2-7 business days to post onto your account.
